Description
This is a fast-growing maple with an upright form. It fits in smaller yards more easily than Red or Sugar Maples. The three-pointed leaves turn soft reds and oranges in the fall. Some trees make many, small-winged seeds.
Because it grows fast, the Trident Maple is best with annual pruning for the first few years to encourage a strong and attractive structure.
