We depend on people’s energy and enthusiasm to power our activities. The more of both we have, the more we can accomplish. Your help can make a difference.

Volunteer

Volunteer your time and service to the Roseville Urban Forest Foundation or become a member and be directly involved in creating a better community in which to live, work and play. As we know trees not only provide shade and reduce energy consumption but create a more desirable environment in our community. Shade trees provide us with additional benefits, such as, moderating the climate, improving air quality, conserving water, providing sound barriers and harboring wildlife. The trees we plant today will benefit us, as well as, our children and grandchildren. Planting trees is an investment in the future. Do your part to enhance our City by making it a more valuable and more desirable place to live.

Sponsor

Sponsors enable us to perform our activities. Sponsorship might be for a specific project or to strengthen us as a non-profit. Let’s talk about some specific ideas that might suit your business. Sponsorships can be financial or “in-kind” services such as providing transportation of tools and materials to a tree planting.

Board of Directors

Our board is responsible for directing our activities and how we spend our money. Most of our board is composed of people who volunteered with us and became more involved as they learned more about us. We welcome interested individuals who are ready to deepen their commitment to improving the tree canopy in our community.

Technical Advisers

We are always looking for people who can share their expertise with us on an as-needed basis. Areas we could use help in are marketing, bookkeeping, financial management, urban forestry, education, outdoor skills, and wildlife biology. An adviser may be involved for a short term project or over a longer time.
